Here's Brandon and Jordon watching Andrew on the tv tonight. What a game! We are so excited to see the Bulldogs play in Houston on Saturday.

Jordon's growing up!

Jordon is the second boy and therefore a king of hand-me-downs. Really that works out pretty good for him because whenever he is ready for something new, we usually have it around the house somewhere. And that's true this spring as J is ready to ride a bike. He was so impressed with himself that he could now wear Brandon's old bike helmet. Such hilarious personality in these pictures. Thanks again for the helmet Aunt Elly!

Spring

Gideon saw this cute little decoration and looked at it and kept saying , "Cute, Mommy!". He looked so springy with his little man shirt!

So I'm trying to blog more with my new phone and blogger app, but it looks like I have some more to learn since all the photos are sideways. That'll be fixed someday...probably as soon as the upstairs gets vacuumed!

Happy Spring!

Well the other day Brandon asked if we could help feed the birds. He thought God would be very pleased if we helped the birds get some food during this time of year. So we went to work. It took awhile to find a recipe that didn't include peanut butter, but I finally got one. (Not sure how good it is because the birds don't seem overly interested, but oh well.) Last fall we planted 3 trees in our side yard. Those trees made the perfect homes for our feeders. Of course it has to be a competition to see who's gets eaten first...so far it's a pretty even tie as nothing has been eaten.

Circus

We went to the circus to celebrate Gideon's 2nd birthday (and if you ask Brandon, we were also celebrating his last basketball game). My parents went with us so it was quite a great event. Of course everything was ridiculously over priced, but we went ahead and got each of the boys a green light sword, which they loved...and managed to break two of three on the same day! , Gideon seemed to have a great time as long as he was on Mama's lap. He says his favorite thing was the camel and I taught him to make a fun spit sound when we ask what sound a camel makes. He's also been talking a lot about the elephants. Jordon's favorite part was the Super Dog. This tiny dog dressed in a cape who climbed a ladder and then jumped off into his trainer's arms. Brandon's favorite was the 8 Siberian tigers. They were quite impressive! None of my pictures turned out well because of the lighting, but this motorcycle cycle dude on the tightrope was also a highlight.
